AIS is proud to announce that the Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO) has approved A.I.S., Inc. to continue providing at-sea monitoring services to the Northeast Multispecies sectors for the fishing years 2021-2022. AIS has been an approved provider of ASM services for Northeast Multispecies sectors since 2010. Additionally, AIS was approved to provide electronic monitoring services for these sectors for the same timeframe in the first ever EM approval process the GARFO has completed.
The approvals are based on a history of meeting or exceeding the requirements of the at-sea monitoring program in the region and represent AIS’ commitment to providing both traditional observer-based as well as innovative electronic monitoring solutions for the industry.
